All quotes and estimates are presented with the understanding that any changes or modifications to specifications, oral or written are subject to approval by Source One Digital (S1) and may result in additional charges. All applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be billed as additional charges. Unless specified in a prior written agreement, all work done by S1 remains property of S1. Client warrants and represent that they have legal permission to use either photos/digital files/logos and other pertinent information for the product purchased from S1. Client assumes all liabilities under copyright laws, and agrees to indemnify S1 for any and all cost, fees, or judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit against S1 for work done at the behest of the client. S1 provides a finished product utilizing materials supplied by various vendors. S1 makes no warranties as to the materials utilized in connection with the finished product. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Client or Client on behalf of the End User assumes all responsibility for the use, application or installation of the finished product. Client agrees to indemnify S1 from any and all costs, fees or judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit filed against S1 in connection with the product. S1 shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever which may in any way arise out of, or relate to, the product furnished to Client or the End User. S1 can archive files for an additional charge. The obligation to pay S1 is that of the person or firm signing this order and not any third party for whom the work is commissioned, unless prior written agreement is made between the third party and S1.
